Spiratex Meets Challenge With Custom Plastic Tubing

The Spiratex Company can manufacture custom tubing in virtually any configuration, from simple round tubing to more complex applications such as square tubing, rectangular tubing and a multitude of special hollow shapes (including multilumen).

The conventional screw extrusion process gives Spiratex the ability to manufacture profiles and tubing with a wide range of materials, from polyurethane to nylon. The ram extrusion process allows for the manufacture of UHMW/PE tubing profiles with a smooth finish, eliminating ram or surge lines.

Tubes can be created as small as .398" outside diameter x .26" inside diameter and as large as 12" outside diameter x 6.5" inside diameter. All colors and custom sizes are available.
